Handy to convert US > modern world units, but navigating the app is a headache. An insult, really.

The interface could benefit from an easier "switchover" to the next calculation, but it is overall excellent. Since moving to Europe I find this indispensable. Not only do I find that I prefer the scale method if cooking (less clean up!), but some ingredients like flour are notoriously difficult to measure accurately with cups. With this tool I dont worry about careful spooning into the cup. I calculate then Ploomps! dump in the exact correct amount. If you want to share recipes here, you definitely need such a tool. This one has handy one touch fractions. Oh, I also wish it had a history or favorites page. Love it. Always in the kitchen.

Very useful

Nice interface, useful and works very well as is, but is too expensive for what it is. Needs commas to seperate the thousands, could have more conversions such tons, knots and also miles per gallon in Imperial and US measure related to litres per 100kms (cooks do drive you know)and more. The indexing needs the alphabet along the side so one can easily access the various letters of the alphabet when searching for ingredients. Should also incorporate a kitchen timer. It may then be worth the $3.99. As it stands there are equally good aps for much less or free.

Weight to volume calculator is very useful. Great list built in of ingredients weight to volume ratios for easy calculations and I love the possibility to add my own ingredient ratios.

I love this app. A real lifesaver in the kitchen. Im always scaling down my recipes and this app makes that a breeze. Its also great when your recipe measures in weight & you want cups or ml. Theyve done all the work for you.

Easy to use!

From the details about this app for scaling a recipe (specifically) it sounds as you can add your whole recipe and then have it scaled as you need. You can not add recipes just amounts and scale those ONE AT A TIME - I can do this online for free :/

Definitely needs the addition of Kosher Salt. Most widely used salt in pro kitchens.

Its quick and easy to switch from one measure to the other and get on with your recipe.

I have many recipies from all over, so I use this app to convert from metric.

I use this frequently to convert European recipes. Very easy to use and fairly comprehensive. Ill give it 5 stars when they add ground meat and also ground coffee!

Takes a little getting use to but Works perfectly once mastered! Great value.

Cannot enter a recipe and times it by 10....I can easily convert teaspoons to tablespoons I dont need an app for that.

If I had any nag about this app, it rounds off a bit too much in some parts of some conversions, but it usually calcs to 4 decimal places so Im giving it 4 stars. Worth it; Ive already used it 1,000 x.
